Everyday is full of many things do to. Self-care is not always on the top of the priority list, or even on it at all.

How many times have you intended to start doing something for yourself each day, week or even month, but life kept getting in the way?

Maybe it’s time to stop procrastinating on yourself and start prioritizing yourself.

Every aspect in your life is dependent on you.

Every feeling you have, every movement, emotion, each word, each action, it is all centered around you.

You matter.

It’s time to show that to yourself, by taking time each day to care for yourself, in whatever ways you need to.

Take time to sit in silence.

Take time to exercise.

Take time to read.

Take time to do whatever it is that makes you feel fulfilled.

You are the only one who is with you all the time, so you need to be your own best advocate.

Love yourself more.

Take time for you.

Who are you?

Why are you here?

What is your purpose that you must fulfill in this life?

Do you give any of this any thought or attention?

We are here for a reason.

We have a purpose.

We are moving forward on a road that is unclear for us, immediately, yet all the answers will soon be heard and understood.

Soon we will be able to see the reason for all of this.

Soon we will understand why each challenge was there, where it was.

We will know who we are and why we have come to this place.

There is a beautiful energy of love and light that carries us through each waking and sleeping hour.

Time really does not exist, as it is just there to help us organize this present existence.

Each day is but a projection of more of what our human mind and soul needs to work through.

We will find more peace.

We will find more joy.

We will find more beauty and feel more love, with each breath.

This life is precious.

You are necessary.

Do what you need to do to be okay, each minute of every day, and trust that you are perfect, in who and how you are.

There is a reason for your life.

Thank you for your time and your presence here.

May love always be your drive to push you through.

May passion be your encouragement and may the desire to continue on always be alive within you.

We tend to try to move beyond the present moment and hope or wish for circumstances to be different. Instead, we should find more things to appreciate about where we are at.

Bring your focus in, and allow your thoughts to connect with what you are grateful for.

Don’t worry about tomorrow so much.

Don’t keep holding onto yesterday.

We are here for more than this.

Allow appreciation for the present and let go of everything else, even just for a moment.
