Trust the Process

Everything you are doing is guiding you towards where you are focusing your attention.

If you have certain goals or desires, allow yourself to focus on them so you can be pulled into that direction.

Have faith that each challenge and experience is guiding you towards those desires.

It might not always feel as though you are on the right path, but as long as you are still here, living and breathing, you are still on your path.

Each experience helps you become more connected to those desires.

Each challenge chisels away more of what is not necessary and strengthens what needs to be strengthened so that you can be better suited for your desired experiences.

This existence is to allow you to grow and heal to become more aware of yourself and your purpose.

You are doing a great job.

Keep pushing.

Keep learning.

Keep trusting.

You are making moves and connecting to your deepest desires.

Trust the path that is laid out before you and understand that each new turn, each new hill, each new speed bump is here to help you move forward with greater strength.

Keep going.

You are doing excellently well, with exponential efforts.

Keep going.

You are almost there.

Trust

Your Time Here Is Important

Love Yourself Enough

You are the leader of your life.

Your feet go where your mind goes.

Travel lightly and intuitively, so that you can allow an open mind to the intentions of others.

Ask the hard questions.

Listen to their truths.

Read between the lines of their words and the energy that comes with it.

So many are here to test you.

Trust the process of healing and unfolding.

You go where your mind goes.

There is so much more goodness waiting for you, just keep going.

Believe that you are here for a purpose and trust that your boundaries will also help guide your way to where you want to be and who you should be surrounded by.

Mirror what it is that you desire for your life.

Only you can get yourself there.

Be strong in your self-love so that others can see how you know you deserve to be treated.

Leave no room for those who want to take away your power.

You are in control.

Take the reins and hold on tight.

Love yourself enough.

Media 145 Inspiring Documentaries

Three documentaries that came to mind that inspired me were; Black Fish, Edgar Cayce’s Biography, and What The Health. These documentaries were really interesting to me and helped me understand more about some things that I am really passionate about.

Black fish had some very heart wrenching experiences that some killer whales have had to deal with; from getting taken from their pod (or family) at very young ages, to being held in captivity for our entertainment and being starved when they didn’t follow along with the tricks they were supposed to do. Sealand (which was once in Canada, but shut down), and SeaWorld, were the two places most mentioned, in this documentary. It has always been hard for me to see animals in environments that are not natural to them. It actually makes me feel as though we relate in some ways, as we are all from nature, but we aren’t being held against our will as so many animals are.

Edgar Cayce was a photographer, as well as a psychic. He could scan a body, after going into a meditative state and be able to understand what was going on to cause the person sickness or distress, and then he could give them insight in what they needed to do to heal. He became a photographer after realizing he had a knack for it, and was having trouble making enough money to get by. As a photographer and a psychic, myself, I have found that I relate to him on many levels, as well as being able to scan people through a reading and understand what they need to do to heal. Although, just as he came to some trouble with practicing without a medical license, I have not attempted to move forward with this path, as I do not believe one must need to acquire a license for something that has to do with an energetic connection that we are born with. Though, photography is something that I have been interested in from a very young age, whereas he started when he was an adult. This documentary inspired me to trust my gifts and purpose as our paths show themselves to us, as we learn to trust and believe, as he did. But just like him, I also give more than I should and feel drained by my need to give and serve others. This ended up killing him in the end, which I think I must learn from and find the boundaries that I need to set for myself and my own gifts.

Watching What The Health, was something that appealed to me, in the way that I believe our food and medicine is causing us more harm than good. I believe we should go back to nature for our food and for our healing needs. This documentary opened my eyes about a lot that I thought might be true, and was shown that my instincts were correct. The way we have been lead to believe that we need certain things that are actually causing the eruption of sickness and depression throughout this country is really heart-breaking.

All three of these documentaries inspire me to work on creating documentaries, myself. When I was going through a miscarriage’s during the quarantine. I had my first moment of connection with this thought, as I wanted to bring awareness to other mothers who have lost pregnancies or had to end pregnancies. I wanted to help women get their stories out there and be hear, and was shocked at how many women I knew had also lost a pregnancy. There were women who trusted me enough to share their stories, that have not felt comfortable sharing them before. There is so much meaning in documentaries, and I value the way they help people connect with a deeper understanding of how different aspects of life bring us together, or help us understand about different aspects of life.
