Let the Ego Die
There are so many things in life that can try to steer us away from our goals or aspriations. When you have a passion, or have your mind set on a specific path in your life, push through. Find a way to get there and don’t let road blocks move you away from your final destination.
We can easily fall down.
We can easily give up.
What takes more tenacity us to push through.
It takes strength to get back up.
You have it in you to get back up.
You have it in you to succeed.
Believe in yourself and find those who also believe in you and want to help you, by encouraging you to go after what you are aspiring to go after.
Don’t ever give up on yourself.
You determine your future.
You determine the outcome.
Don’t give up.

Life is full of lessons.
We can tend to think that one simple solution will solve all of our problems.
Money.
We can think that inner world of ours will be more peaceful if we have more.
Maybe we can work more, take on more jobs, get new credit cards, pull out loans, so we can buy all the new things, so we will feel better.
Feeling better has nothing to do with accumulating more things.
This can bring an even deeper darkness and sense of feeling unfulfilled, as we continue to paddle away from shore, with less and less chance of being able to find the solid land once more.
Solid land is like our peace of mind.
Land grounds us.
Stability and peace come from feeling like you have a solid ground under your feet.
When you know what to expect, or can at least have some preparation for what is to come, that brings peace.
When we are constantly running after more ways to feed our ego, or fulfill this need to feel whole, without actually doing any inner work or introspection, we can find ourselves, spinning around on a boat without oars.
Money can be helpful, it is a very useful form of trade, but allowing it to hold so much power, as to expect it to solve all of your problems, is giving into false hope.
You will only feel fulfilled when you start to work on healing the inner being, that is YOU.
When you start to work on yourself, from the inside out, you are able to create a more solid ground to stand on.
This also gives you the ability to face each storm.
To be continued…

Let’s sit together on a bench, in the marina, by the sea.
We can wait for the sunset, as the seagulls fly by, searching for their next snack left by some passersby.
It might get chilly, but we can sip on some red wine and feel the warmth it brings as we sit there, in the Seabreeze.
I want to sit with you, cuddled up, as the day floats by.
We will hear the ship horns and the waves, as the day turns to dusk.
We can smell the salty air, as the Seabreeze blows by.
There will be a bit of chatter from the seamen and the boats, but we will just listen to it all in silence, as we enjoy our closeness and the warmth of the wine as we find peace in the breeze and a joy in the way the day comes to an end, on a bench by the sea.
There are only so many days that we can find time to sit and enjoy such a peaceful time as this.
I hope we can come back for another time, or two, but if we don’t at least we had this one time, to enjoy the simple silence and the chatter, the Seabreeze, seaguls and the life on the marina, on a bench by the sea.
