Learning can be simple.
Learning can be tough.
Growing can be easy.
Growing can be rough.
Nature makes it look simple.
Nature makes it look easy.
Growth is beautiful.
Learning is living.

We heal when we remember we are part of nature.
We heal when we remember we are whole.
We are healing, with every breath, with every moment, with each movement.
We are healing.
We are whole.
– M.
Focus your thoughts on each moment.
Let go of the last.
Understand you will get to the future.
You are here, now.
Bring your focus in.
-M.
Breathe in peace.
Breathe out fear.
Breathe in healing.
Breathe out fear.
Breathe in trust.
Breathe out….

It’s time.
Move on.
Let go.
Be free.
It’s nothing new…
You loved for a minute.
You dreamed for a moment.
It’s time.
Move on.
Be free.
Let go.
It’s nothing new…
You can dream for a thousand moments,
You can love for so many more minutes,
With someone that never goes away…
That someone…
Is you.

Process through the pain.
Feel each new growth as it changes you and your surroundings.
It is not going to be without discomfort.
You are growing, learning, and are yearning to become who you were meant to be.
Looking back, looking forward, staying present, it’s all okay.
Regret, forgiveness, understanding that each experience was for a reason.
For growth.
This process is not easy.
Forgiveness heals.
Forgiving others helps you also forgive yourself.
Letting go of attachments to feelings or emotions, pains or expectations, allows you to find peace.
Allowing peace helps you achieve more understanding of this life and the process of it all.
Don’t hold onto anger, judgement or fear.
Let go.
Release.
Be free of it so you can have peace.
You are worthy of peace.
You are allowed to feel good.
You will keep growing, no matter what.
It might not always feel good, but it will be okay.
You are safe.
You are loved.
You are healing.
⁃ M.
I see you,
Hurting and not telling anyone.
I see you,
Falling and falling, struggling to pull yourself back up.
I see you.
It’s okay.
It’s all going to be okay.
You are safe.
⁃ M.
You may not always feel it, but you are stronger than you think.
Look at where you are today, it wasn’t always easy, it wasn’t always a piece of cake.
You have fought through many battles, and you have stood your ground.
Look at where you are today, you are stronger than you think.
Yesterday, you may have been full of more motivation, but now here you are, you have gained more momentum, and now you have more power and distance, as those past battles are moving further and further away.
Look at where you have been before, lost and fighting, forever wondering what would come from all the war.
You are here now, a fighter, a warrior, you are stronger than you think.
Look at the clock, it ticks without looking back, unknowing of anything except each tick forward, but you can look back, and you can look to the horizon, if you need more hope, for there is always more strength to come, on the horizon.
You have come this far, you have made it here, let it all be and let that worry go.
You are stronger than you think.

How is your life going?
Are you happy?
Content?
Could your life use some improvements?
Do you ever find yourself forgetting about yourself and your needs?
Do you need to learn how to say, “no”, more often rather than agreeing to things that are not exactly right for you?
Have you been going through this life on auto pilot, saying, “yes”, because you think its the right thing to do, to make other people happy?
Then its time to learn a new word.
No.
No to things that aren’t right for you…
No to thoughts that aren’t helping you…
No to people or experiences that aren’t right for you…
Learn how to pay attention to how you feel in different situations, or around certain people and with different thoughts.
Do some situations or people drain you or make you feel overwhelmed?
Do you notice physical or emotional changes in yourself around different people, situations or with certain thoughts?
Do you find particular thought patterns becoming overwhelming, or are they weighing you down?
Take a step back and think about why you allow so much into your life that is not good for you.
Once you start doing this, more often, and start saying, “no”, to what is not right for you, you start to learn how to value yourself and your needs, which helps you be able to show up better for your life and for yourself.
This creates more balance in your life.
Doing this allows you to be better for those in your life, who are good for your life, as well.
It also allows you to be better contributor to those around you who are beneficial parts of your life.
You can choose your thoughts.
Thoughts are energy, and what you give more energy to grows, just like watering a plant.
Once you finally become tired of being unhappy, start looking for the root causes of your unhappiness.
You can see trails, like a stream, connecting to certain things that are causing you to feel less than good.
You become tired of constantly being upset with yourself for allowing thoughts and experiences into your life that are harming you, or taking you away from being who you prefer to be, or redirecting you away from where you actually want to go.
Look back over your life.
How many times have you said, “yes”, or, “sure”, when you should have said, “no thanks”, or “absolutely not”?
Has it been a problem, for you, to try to make others happy while neglecting your own feelings or needs?
Have you been ignoring your own needs, and devaluing yourself, while also forgetting what it is that you actually want out of this life?
Yeah, that is tough to acknowledge, isn’t it?
It’s okay, now you are aware of it and now you can do something about it.
Look at yourself.
Who are you?
What are you passionate about?
What makes you feel your best?
What do you do to fill your cup?
Oh, is that not something you do very often?
Do you ever do anything for yourself?
Well, its time to start.
You are the leader in your life.
You matter.
You are important.
Start practicing saying, “no”, and you will see a big shift in yourself, your self-confidence and in how you view yourself and your life.
You will stop taking yourself and your time for granted.
You will see your life start to change in ways that will make you wonder what else you can say, “no”, to.
You will value your healthy friendships more, and you will have less of what you don’t want around.
You will see that your needs matter, and it will show you exactly why.
Take your life back.
You deserve it.
Now start saying, “no”, as often as possible to get comfortable with it.
It might take some getting used to, if you are a people pleaser, who has lived a life of being who you thought you needed to be for everyone except for yourself.
Time to change.
I believe in you, and you should, too.
No, I have nothing else to share, time for me to go fill my cup.
See how easy that was?
Your turn.
