You weren’t created to be the same.

You have a reason for being here that requires you to be how you are.

How would you like a forest full of trees that were all the same?

That is not ideal…

How would you like it if there was only one flavor of food, or one type of coffee?

That would not be very enjoyable.

Just as there are many different species of trees, many different flavors of foods, and so many options for coffee, you are a not like any other.

You are different, in a way that you are perfect for what you are here to do.

Different is not always looked at to be a word we like to use for ourselves, but different just means not the same as the rest.

We are all different

In that way, we are the same.

Unique, special, different, and full of purpose.

Remember that you are important.

You have a purpose.

You are here for a reason.

Why is it so much easier to feel as though you are not good enough?

Why is it normal to feel insecure and unworthy of even the most simple kind of self-acceptance?

Too often we are shown that we are selfish if we think of our own feelings.

Too often is it shown that we don’t deserve to be treated well.

Do you ever feel as though you are being guided towards understanding more about how to be better to yourself?

We don’t deserve to feel guilty about taking time out of our days for ourselves.

It is important to spend time with ourselves, and to care for our own needs.

It’s time to stop being unkind to ourselves and learn to love ourselves more.
