Precious Treasures of Life

Remember

Fading

Who’s turn is it, mine or yours.

The colors are running dry, the brightness is fading fast.

Age is growing older, time is ticking by.

Who’s turn is it, mine or yours, is it time yet?

The time is ticking by.

Colors fade, time ticks away, and all we can do is keep on moving with each flow of the motions of life.

Each flow, each motion, each tick tock of the clock brings us closer to the other side.

For each new day, each new lesson, we each get to sit and wait…

We take turns experiencing lessons as we wait and wait for each new day to come and tick tock on by.

There is no time, really.

It is your turn, surely it is not mine.

Every day that passes, I have had experiences that have lasted me days upon days that I cannot even remember my first name.

They call you by your last name, leaving you to wonder who you even are anymore.

Let’s start writing, maybe keep track of things, so we can see where all of this waiting is leading us to.

The days tick on by, a wind blows, a hollow sound goes through one ear hole and out the other.

Is there even anything that comes after this?

Shall we sit here and wait until the last drop of color has faded away and the clock runs out of ticks and tocks?

I surely don’t even know when it was that I last ran through a field without a care.

It would be nice to eat without the fear of there being little left to eat upon the next morrow.

We shall sit and watch as the clock ticks away and the sun fades and makes its way below the horizon, leaving the twilight sky for us to rest upon.

As we lay awake in wonder, we may, oh we may, dream upon the twinkling sky, that we may awaken upon a new day with the brightest of colors.

Oh to heavens we may wish upon that we may awaken to plenty of food, and for all the clocks to have faded away so we may run into the field and pretend we have wings.

A day full of joy, full of wonder and plenty of laughter.

Upon this start I do wish.

Thank you, until we meet again.

Love Life Deeply

Unknowns

There are many different times in our life when we don’t know what’s to come.

We try so hard to plan, prepare and schedule so we are certain of all that is to come.

This gives us a sense of peace and understanding of what the future holds.

Yet, this just isn’t the natural way of things.

So when things are going on and we feel this eruption of unsettled thoughts, because there are so many unknowns, we must remember that this is normal.

We cannot know what all is to come. We must trust in the unknowns and let them unfold, like blossoms in the spring time.

We must learn to hold onto a sense of peace for the unknown.

To let the unsettling mind lead the way is to have a unraveled sense of security, and we can’t depend on our security to come from always knowing everything all the time.

That is false hope.

Learn how to let go of the need to know.

Hold onto the adventurous way of expecting to never really know what’s to come.

It can be exciting, if you let it. Our judgement and perception is what we can control.

Let it be good. let it be exciting. Life should be an adventure.

Unplug

Yesterday I had the strong desire to unplug… For several hours I had my phone turned off and even unplugged the Alexa’s. It was time to disconnect and reconnect to my inner world, in a way that I have not done for such an extensive amount of time.

Within that time, I was able to clean, declutter, remove things from my physical world, as well as process through things in my inner world.

As much as we feel we must know all and understand all, at any given point on our journey, we must realize how much we don’t need to know… how much is not necessary to understand… and how NECESSARY it is to let go and disconnect.

Be present with your thoughts.

Be present with your inner world and let go of whatever is pulling at your that doesn’t feel necessary.

Let go.

Find your strength to be within each moment, without having to be attached to anything of anyone. Not even thoughts. Let it all go.

Be you.

Nobody can take you away from yourself when you learn to fully accept who you are. You are who you are for a reason. If you have to change that beautiful, magnificent energy that seems to be too much for others, remember that the right people can see your light. You are perfect as you are.

Trust the process.

As we go along on this journey, we may find ourselves losing hope or trust in what we have known to be true for so long. Keep trusting. That vision you have is for a reason. Keep believing in yourself and know that this is all temporary. Everything is matter, so trust the energy that you are pulling in as you continue to believe that you are moving towards what you’ve desired for so long.

You are worthwhile.

Don’t let anyone or any experience take you away from that. You are necessary.

Be here.

Present moment awareness is a way to keep your mind at ease and your energy grounded. Feel it. Know it. Trust it. This moment is all that exists. Not last or future. Just this moment. Everything lives within this moment.

Take a breath and remember that you are here for a reason. You are loved. You have purpose. And you are exactly how you are for a reason. Don’t change for anyone.

Love always,

M.

Let Go • Let Flow

Keep Pushing

One Step at a Time

Peace over Mind

In life there are moments that we must have courage to overcome our fears, to overcome our thoughts, to overcome our belief systems that may be hindering us from fully succeeding at enjoying our life.

Experience more peace. Find the way to allow yourself to have peace overpower the pulls of the mind.

Explore more. Understand that what may be holding you back may simply be a change in perception or conditioning that has kept you from truly experiencing the beauty and incredible diversity in exploring more of this life.

Escape the mind. As the mind can hold us back from truly feeling peace.

Sometimes the mind can pretend to be your friend, as it secretly sabotages you with fear, worry, and doubt that you have been taught that you need. Yet, so much of it can really be harmful, rather than helpful or practical.

Practice letting go of these thoughts.

Trust more of the peace, which is in the silence of the mind.

The unknown can be healing and relieving for the soul that is YOU.

Protect your energy.

Find and hold onto your peace.
